Namely a combination of subpar Perks and very strong Perks via poor game design contributing to one true buildism. This unfortunately highlights something I've noticed on my characters and was a worry I had going into Skyrim before release due to history with the FO series. However I'm only picking this up because there aren't a ton of perks I want more. So i figure work up to the master perk, and invest in the merchants I use the most, and it will alleviate the issue somewhat. Then I want to sell it, and it's getting to be a pain to sell it all. I don't really need the funds, I currently have 100k gold, but I'm something of a packrat and I can't not pick up valuable stuff when I'm adventuring. On my rogue I'm curerntly working my way up the Speech perk tree. Needless to say, if you haven't picked any of these up during one of your own playthroughs, it's probably best to keep ignoring them.I'm of two minds. Below you'll find a ranked list of the absolute worst perks in Skyrim. This less fortunate side of the coin is what brings Game Rant to the table today. In fact, some of them are outright lame or pointless. However, as many cool perks as there are, not all of them are all they're cracked up to be.

Not only did this simplify and streamline its formerly daunting mechanical complexity, but the perks themselves provided much more palpable rewards for skill progression. Skyrim completely overhauled the traditional leveling and skill mechanics of The Elder Scrolls series in a big way with its new perk system.
